Glow & Shine was founded by Shifali, a highly trained makeup artist, makeup educator, beautician, permanent makeup artist, fashion stylist, and fashion designer, known for her refined and detail-driven approach to beauty.

Shifali completed her makeup artistry training under renowned artists UV Ghai and Nancy Chawla, building a strong foundation in professional makeup techniques and aesthetics. She further enhanced her creative vision through fashion styling training with bhawna Singh, allowing her to approach beauty with a complete understanding of style, balance, and presentation.

As a permanent makeup artist, Shifali received specialised training from Tina Huynh and the internationally recognised Golden brows academy, mastering advanced techniques in brows, lips, freckles, and cosmetic enhancements.

She also holds graduate beauty certifications from Australian institutions, along with infection control, laser safety, and advanced skin treatment certifications, including facials and teeth whitening. With a Master’s degree (MBA), Shifali chose to follow her passion in the beauty industry—bringing together artistry, professionalism, and strong ethical standards.
